Tours in Madrid are provided by GREEN SPEED, S.L. (Madrid).

2. Booking and price

2.1. Prices include VAT. Tours are private and the price is per tuk tuk, not per person. Each tuk tuk carries up to 6 people.

2.2. Your booking is confirmed when payment is accepted and you receive the confirmation email. Please check the meeting point and time in it.

3. Cancellation by the customer

3.1. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. We refund the full amount.

3.2. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start time, or do not show up, there is no refund.

3.3. To cancel, email reservas@greentours.pt or message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference.

3.4. Bookings made through GetYourGuide, Viator or other platforms follow the cancellation policy of that platform.

4. Changes

You can change the date or time free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time, subject to availability.

5. Cancellation or changes by us

If we must cancel or change a tour due to bad weather, safety concerns, vehicle problems or force majeure, we offer another date or a full refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

6. Arrival and meeting point

The tour starts at the booked time at the meeting point shown in your confirmation.

A late arrival shortens the tour and does not give a refund.

If you are more than 15 minutes late and we cannot reach you, the booking is treated as a no-show.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under consumer law, leisure services booked for a specific date or period do not have the 14-day right of withdrawal.

8. Conduct and responsibility

Please follow the guide's instructions and the traffic rules during the tour.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law for tours taking place in Lisbon, Sintra and Porto, and by Spanish law for tours taking place in Madrid.
